Freight

All freight shipments are considered F.O.B.. Rock Auction Gallery relinquishes liability of the merchandise the moment the auction closes. Rock Auction Gallery may offer in-house shipping options, but is not responsible for merchandise.

Please note that if you are shipping to a location without a loading dock or forklift, you will need a lift gate to offload the merchandise.

If you are allowing your freight to be carried by a private carrier or contractor, please consult our bidder terms for rules, regulations, and liability.

All associated costs must be paid before the shipment is scheduled. You will be provided with a shipping quote prior to booking. The invoice for this quote must be paid once received. 

Rock Auction Gallery assumes no responsibility for damage or loss incurred to freight while in transit.

Parcel

All parcel shipments are packaged using UPS/USPS safety guidelines. All shipments will be insured for the full value of the winning bid minus shipping costs.
